City National Names Melanie Raley as Vice President and Manager, San Jose Banking Office

SAN JOSE, CALIF. – City National Bank, California's Premier Private and Business Bank®, has appointed Melanie Raley as vice president and manager of its new San Jose Banking Office, located at 224 Airport Parkway in San Jose.
 
The San Jose branch, which is part of the bank’s San Jose Regional Center, is City National’s ninth branch in Northern California and its 55th in the state. The fully operational branch was acquired recently from Westamerica Bank.
 
Raley oversees the delivery of the bank’s full range of financial products and services, including small business services; Small Business Administration, business and consumer loans; cash management; deposit; international banking; and foreign exchange. She also manages the office’s customer service and business development efforts.
 
A 21-year banking veteran, Raley most recently served as manager of Citibank’s Blossom Hill branch in San Jose. She earlier held branch manager positions with Bank of the West in Palo Alto and Milpitas, and with Home Savings of America in Milpitas.
 
She resides in San Jose.
