Learning Curve: Perricone Farms

Joe Perricone, chairman of the board of Perricone Farms, was asked by his father, Sam, to take over the family's Southern California citrus business in 1994.

Today, the firm is the largest manufacturer of fresh-squeezed juice in the Western U.S. and supplies hotels, restaurants and stores across the country with $85 million in annual sales.

Over the past two decades, Joe has brought in professional management, expanded the company's Beaumont, Ca. bottling plant and built a loyal base of employees, to whom he credits much of his success.

Perricone talks about his company's journey in this video, part of our series called "Learning Curve: Overcoming Challenges On The way up®."

As the bank for entrepreneurs, City National is proud to support financial solutions for growing firms like Perricone Farms. Each video in the series will highlight the entrepreneurial achievements of an iconic brand that started small and achieved success through hard work and an enterprising attitude.
