New Responsibilities Augment Krcelic's Oversight of San Gabriel Valley Commercial Banking Center
City National Bank (NYSE:CYN), California's premier private andbusiness bank, today named Mike Krcelic, senior vice president, ashead of its Downtown Los Angeles Commercial Banking operation. Inaddition, Krcelic will continue to oversee operations at the bank'sSan Gabriel Valley commercial banking office, which he has managed forthe past two years.

Krcelic, a 22-year commercial banking veteran, joined CityNational nearly three years ago from Union Bank, where is served asmanager of that institution's Riverside commercial banking office.Prior to that, he managed several commercial banking centers for FirstInterstate and Wells Fargo Banks.
Krcelic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administrationand finance from California State University at Fullerton.
