SAN FRANCISCO – City National Bank, America’s Premier Private and Business Bank®, announced today that Nichole Walker has joined the bank as a senior wealth planner.

Based out of the bank’s San Francisco Regional Center, Walker will provide comprehensive wealth and estate-planning advice to City National’s clients in the Bay Area. She helps wealthy families with wealth preservation, generational transfer, gifting strategies and philanthropic planning, legacy planning, and other related areas to help families achieve their goals.

Prior to joining City National, Walker served as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where she specialized in financial and estate planning for wealthy families, corporate executives and entrepreneurs, and served as a team member for the firm’s institutional consulting division – Graystone Consulting. Previously, she practiced law for 15 years, serving as general counsel for technology and media companies, and as special advisor for a hedge fund.

Walker earned a dual bachelor’s degree in economics and history from Stanford University and her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a member of the State Bar of California, is a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®), and holds Series 7 and    66 licenses.
