Orange County – City National Bank, America’s Premier Private and Business Bank®, announced today that Natasha M. Davis has joined the bank as a vice president and senior wealth planner. Davis joins City National from a family office with over 10 years of experience in the wealth planning and legal industries.
Based out of the bank’s Irvine Regional Center, Davis will provide comprehensive financial and estate-planning services to City National’s clients in Orange and San Diego County, focusing on wealth preservation, gifting strategies, philanthropic and business succession planning.

Prior to joining City National, Davis served as a Senior Tax Consultant at Strategic Tax Advisors, consulting small businesses on tax planning, asset protection, corporate reorganizations and comprehensive wealth preservation during the succession of a family business. Previously, she practiced law for 8 years, primarily in business tax planning and probate litigation of estates with closely held businesses.
Davis attended college at the University of Oregon and National University, obtained her MBA from National University, received her law degree from the Western Michigan School of Law, and obtained her LL.M in Taxation from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law (Summa Cum Laude). Davis is admitted to the Bar in Washington State, U.S. District Court (W.D. & E.D. Wash.), and U.S. Tax Court.
Davis is very active in the community serving on the board or as a volunteer of various nonprofit and trade organizations, which includes the executive board of the Association of Women Owned Business, the board of St. John’s Environmental Coalition, and provided volunteer legal services for military families with the American Bar Association for the past nine years.
