LAS VEGAS, NV – City National Bank, Nevada’s Premier Private and Business Bank®, today announced that it has provided Ear Nose & Throat Consultants of Nevada (ENTC) with construction financing to build a new state-of-the-art surgery center in the southwest part of Las Vegas. When completed in early 2015, the new facility will total approximately 13,500 square feet and be part of the L.L. Bradford Campus located at Sunset Road and I-215.
ENTC is the largest otolaryngology specialty practice in the Southwest desert region. The practice was founded in 1993 by Dr. Walter W. Schroeder and Dr. David Foggia, two highly recognized and accomplished ENT specialists. ENTC, which opened its first office next to Sunrise Hospital, now has 3 offices with a total of 8 highly skilled physicians. ENTC represents a state-of-the-art practice dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the head and neck, and related structures known as the medical specialty of otolaryngology.
“We are very excited to complete and open our new surgery center,” said Dr. Schroeder, managing partner of ENTC. “City National’s robust financial solutions continue to help our practice grow and expand while keeping us in the forefront of our industry. They have the expertise and understanding of the healthcare profession that most other banks don’t have, which is why our practice has banked with City National for more than 15 years.”
ENTC’s new surgery center will perform all types of ear, nose and throat related surgeries. The facility will be equipped with three operating rooms, four pre-op bays and eight recovery bays. The center will have all new state-of-the-art equipment.
“We are very proud to be ENTC’s trusted financial advisor and provide them with the financing they need to build their new surgery center,” said John Wilcox, Nevada region executive for City National Bank. “The healthcare industry is a segment that City National specializes in not only through its products and services tailored to this industry, but with its certified healthcare banker program. Our certified healthcare bankers go through lengthy and rigorous training to receive this designation, which is something we believe sets us apart from our competition.”
Wilcox went on to say that the strong relationship City National has with ENTC also includes Dr. Schroder’s service as a member of the bank’s Southern Nevada Advisory Board. Dr. Schroeder has served on this nine-member board since its inception in 2007, and provides the bank with invaluable insights to the healthcare industry.
The mission of ENTC, since its inception, has been to provide excellent care for patients and to accomplish this within a friendly, caring atmosphere. The physicians of ENTC are comprised of a group of dedicated and highly trained specialists with a tradition of service excellence in Nevada for the last five decades. Additionally, difficult cases are frequently discussed at regular group meetings so that patients receive the benefit from 8 physicians. Together, ENTC doctors represent over 100 years of surgical experience in their specialty.
