With more than 26 years' experience in commercial lending,Springer brings a strong background to City National's NorthernCalifornia business development team. He will oversee the delivery ofCity National's full range of business lending services and productsto small-to-mid-sized businesses, professionals and their firms,entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals in the Bay Area.

He holds a bachelor of arts ineconomics from California State University, San Jose.
