In this newly created position, Stinnett will providecomprehensive financial and tax-planning services to City Nationalclients, including entrepreneurs, professionals, their businesses andtheir families. He reports directly to Richard Byrd, executive vicepresident and director of the bank's Wealth Management ServicesDivision.

Stinnett received his bachelor's degree in accounting from theUniversity of Arizona and is a member of the American Institute ofCertified Public Accountants, the Financial Planning Association, theCalifornia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the InvestmentManagement Consultants Association.

Stinnett and his wife, Shelley, reside in Santa Monica, Calif.They have an 8-year-old son, Carter.
